Common throughout Queensland, NSW and Victoria and also found in parts of South Australia and Tasmania, this frog has large olive green blotches on its back and sometimes a yellow, orange or red mid-dorsal stripe. Often found in water, in dry periods this frog will shelter in cracks in the ground, usually under large rocks.
