eDNA is transforming the way we understand marine ecosystems. By capturing eDNA samples, we can detect a broad range of species without disturbing habitats.
We proudly partner with McLane Labs to distribute innovative marine sampling technologies in Australia. This includes autonomous samplers that continuously collect eDNA at depth, improving survey coverage, accuracy, and efficiency.
These systems enable high-resolution biodiversity insights, even in remote or challenging offshore environments.
The RoCSI Sampler by McLane Laboratories
Increase marine sampling efficiency with the RoCSI sampler.
RoCSI is adaptable for various uses, including vehicles, mooring systems, buoy mounts, bottom landers and ships.
It is compact yet can handle high sample counts—up to fifty or more. This autonomous oceanographic sampler works at depths of 6,000 meters.
This device collects and preserves water samples in standard Sterivex™ filter cartridges for eDNA analysis. It uses a user-selected fixative to preserve samples, allowing for fifty or more based on power and storage. An optional bleach flushing system reduces cross-contamination.
